We know you'll love everything you try. 

Fragrances are a very personal thing, and we do our best to describe them. However, we simply cannot accept returns or exchanges because you chose a scent that ultimately wasn't your favorite. The FDA is very careful to state that cosmetics can't be resold once they've been opened, and I can't resell a soap once it's been purchased and sent out. (You wouldn't want to buy a "used" soap, would you?!) 

If you received a damaged, leaky or broken item, please email us immediately - with pictures - so we can send a replacement item at once. Your package will leave the soap lab in impeccable condition, but things can happen in transit. We use USPS flat rate shipping with insurance on every order, so if there's a claim to be filed, we'll handle it for you. 

Now, having said all that. I want you to be super happy with your experience. Leave an honest review and I'll thank you with a coupon code for your next order.


If you want it, you gotta pay for it to get to you.

I'm offering a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping. If you just want one bar of soap (for instance) that may seem high. If I can get it to you for less, I'll be happy to refund the difference. You're gonna save a bundle on larger orders, though, because orders over $100 ship for FREE!

***USPS is experiencing longer than usual processing and shipping times this year. Unfortunately, this is out of my control once I get your package to the post office. I'm so sorry for the delays. 

If you want a refund, just write "Return to sender" on the unopened package and once it comes back to me, I'll promptly issue your refund. Bear in mind that return shipping is going to be slower than normal as well. Again, I'm so sorry.
